Squad training

Squad training is where all eligible karateka practice under more intense conditions than found in normal dojo training. All brown and black belts are entitled to attend these sessions. Squad training is a way to put your learning to the test under fighting or competition conditions. People come from all over Scotland to work together, to get better together and to compete for the right to fight for Scotland in national and international conditions.
