What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To process a request to join our membership organisation
- To process a request from you for the supply of goods and services related to martial arts.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- For children under 18, we hold health information provided by a responsible adult. This information is held for health and safety reasons.
- For vulnerable adults, he hold health information provided by a responsible adult. This information is held for health and safety reasons.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to supply you with martial arts instruction, supply you with martial arts supplies, and improve our websites so they better meet your needs.
We may share this information with the police or other agencies if required in the public interest.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in two databases, both of which are appropriately protected and administered.
We keep membership and goods requests for six years. We will then dispose your information by automated deletion mechanisms.
